Name Tags Options Tab¶
The Options page appears when you create a new report or modify an existing report. Use the controls on this Options page to customize the structure of a Name Tags report.
Your name tags can also include your organization's logo. The setting for this is on the Page Design tab of the report.
Create name tags for¶
Name tags can be created for volunteers, coordinators, and any kind of contact tracked on the Contacts tab in the volunteer record. Mark the box next to the category or categories of people for whom name tags should be created.
Other options¶
List count and date on the first label¶
By checking this option, the number of labels included in the report and the date and time the report was created will be indicated on the first label in the report.
Include lines along edge of labels¶
To include border lines along the edge of labels, choose this option.
When you're finished choosing the Options for your report, click Next to continue to the next step.
